Voordat ik Raeda begon was ik o.a. 20 jaar werkzaam in het basisonderwijs, heb ik een bedrijf gehad voor bijles en huiswerkbegeleiding en gaf ik trainingen aan docenten.
Tijdens deze periode heb ik mij onder andere gespecialiseerd in hoogbegaafdheid, kindercoaching, leren leren en de Teken je gesprek methode.
In die periode kwam ik er tevens achter dat ik niet alleen kennis wil overdragen, maar ook essentiële vaardigheden wil aanreiken die het leerproces versterken en de leerlingen/studenten voorbereiden op succes in zowel hun studie, op school als in het leven.
